My experience up till now with this firm has been above my expectations. My initial pre consultation and conversation started with Maria Rivero as she was very kind and professional, she was able to explain clearly in regards on how the firm operates, how they take or handle every case with care and she handled my pre consultation very good, later on I had the pleasure with speaking Maria Rodriguez the paralegal assign to my case, she was very professional and knowledgeable as she was able to answer all of my concerns and questions. Today I had the pleasure of communicating with Raquel R as she was assign to do another case analysis on me to see if I would qualify for that and she was very good in her field as she explain the process in much details as possible, she is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns during this case analyses interview.
Overall everyone I had came in contact with that's representing this firm has been very professional, helpful, kind, patient and very understanding, they never gave me the feeling that I asked to much or made me feel uncomfortable in anyway as I've been through a few firms and I can honestly say that this one exceeded my expectations and feel comfortable that are representing me.
