After a very bad experience with a previous firm, I learned to appreciate all the things we sometimes take for granted when hiring any type of service — especially something as important as immigration. With this office, every email was answered, every call was returned, and whenever I needed to visit, someone was always available to help.
My case ended up being more complex than it should have been due to negligence from the firm I had hired before.
