I highly regard US-ILCโ€™s professionalism and organized approach to case management. I value the opportunity to see each matter progress from beginning to end, as well as the strong relationships among teammates, the open communication, and the transparency that the firm maintains with clients, legal professionals, and government authorities. These qualities define the firm. After researching the firm and its attorneys and reviewing the information shared on Instagram and TikTok, I was particularly impressed by the positive experiences described by its clients, and I believe the reviews accurately reflected the firmโ€™s services.

I studied law and have two years of experience working as a case manager and legal assistant at an immigration law firm. I primarily worked in the T visa department, but I also assisted with VAWA, U visa, and other immigration matters. My responsibilities included conducting client intakes, preparing case packages, communicating with clients, and drafting declarations. I also have experience working in surrogacy law.

As a Legal Support Specialist in USILCโ€™s General Department, I communicate with clients in English and Spanish. My responsibilities include preparing case packages, organizing documents, managing calendars, scheduling interviews and appointments, processing payments through government websites, and coordinating each caseโ€™s various stages. I also help organize information for Potential Client Ticklers, potential future clients who may need immigration services, and ensure that follow-up opportunities are properly documented and scheduled. In this role, I serve as a bridge between clients and the legal team.

My previous experience taught me how to manage legal processes manually, often requiring extensive document preparation and organization. At USILC, the processes are more automated and streamlined. This background has given me a strong understanding of each step and enables me to use the firmโ€™s systems effectively, work efficiently, and manage cases from beginning to end.

In my personal life, I am a music teacher and enjoy playing and composing music. I play the guitar, piano, bass guitar, and a little bit of drums. I also have a rock band called Old Ears, and the music we perform original music. I also train in boxing twice a week and run approximately five kilometers twice a week. Running helps me relax, organize my thoughts, and stay focused.
