I take pride in developing people and building strong workflows, especially in immigration law, where attention to detail, organization, and teamwork are essential. I enjoy guiding paralegals in their professional growth while maintaining high standards in case management and client service. My main goal is to implement efficient workflows and ensure cases move smoothly through complex processes. I also value the connection I share with my colleagues. Despite our diverse backgrounds, we are united by the desire to help people through their immigration journeys. The firmโ€™s structure also provides consistent support to team members at every stage.

I have worked in the immigration field since 2012. I began with a sole practitioner, where I built a strong foundation in immigration processes and case types. I later joined a larger firm, and gained insight into the structure of U.S. practices, case management, and the importance of time management, organization, and attention to detail. My experience includes both business and family-based cases, and I am particularly fond of humanitarian matters. I find these cases meaningful because they allow me to support individuals facing difficult circumstances and help them find safety and stability in the United States. I value working with diverse communities. Before transitioning to this field, I practiced law in the Dominican Republic, focusing on immigration and real estate.

As a Case Coordinator, I oversee the work of immigration paralegals in the General department. At the start of each case, I meet with paralegals to review required documents and assess any criminal background. We then collaborate with attorneys to determine appropriate legal strategies. I also conduct case audits and respond to the paralegalsโ€™ inquiries. I draw on my previous managerial experience to guide and mentor the team. I find satisfaction in witnessing the impact of our work, which can reunite families and truly change someoneโ€™s future. In my personal life, I love raising animals and I have several pets at home. My dream is to one day live on a farm with my family. I am naturally outgoing and value building deep connections with others. For fun and exercise, I enjoy dancing, and I also love traveling. I have visited countries such as Iceland, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Denmark, Spain, Italy, France, Netherland, and others across Europe.
