Since commencing my work with USILC, I have enjoyed the Firm’s overall vibe as it has provided me with a smooth transition from my past role. As an Accounts Receivable Associate in the Client Affairs Department, I now spend an extended amount of time communicating with our clients regarding invoices, payment tracking, and other accounts receivable matters. I also respond to their questions and strive to listen with empathy to meet their specific needs. I understand that conversations regarding finance and money are particularly sensitive for clients. This is especially true for those who are experiencing any type of hardship or stress due to their immigration process. I aim to be respectful of their work situation and decrease their anxiety by collaborating with them and using a flexible approach to provide them with options.  

My professional background mainly consists of over 10 years of employment in the accounting field in commercial enterprises such as warehousing, storage, distribution, and logistics. In my previous roles, I performed similar functions to those of my current position, including managing accounts and corresponding with clients. The years I spent in accounting have honed my ability to efficiently analyze accounts receivable documents in the immigration and other fields. The world of immigration is even more fascinating to me, as it is a way to help clients achieve their American dream by finding options for them to legally reside in the United States and enhance their lives. In the end, that is the best reward for our efforts. 

I have been involved in sports throughout my life, having played volleyball in high school and college. Being active is vital to me, and I still play volleyball whenever possible. I also play soccer and attend games as a fan. Additionally, I enjoy hiking, visiting the beach, and spending time with family and friends. Taking nature trips is my preferred way of escaping city life. On the home front, I am always thrilled to be with my two dogs, since I love the company of animals.
