Once I commenced my employment with the firm, I was impressed with the collaborative and welcoming atmosphere, which matched the reputation they have built.

I have over five years of experience in customer service and administrative process management. My past customer service roles aided me in developing strong communication skills and strengthening my ability to manage client interactions. This proved to be particularly useful whenever conflicts arose, or if clients needed clarity about processes. While in administrative roles, I exercised my ability to manage workflows, adapt to changes, and keep operations running smoothly.

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, my daily work essentially involves managing client accounts and contracts on behalf of the Accounting department. Specifically, I review account information, communicate with clients regarding payments or payment status, and respond to related inquiries. Interacting with clients daily aligns with my customer service strengths.

My background in customer service directly supports my current role as it prepared me to communicate competently and manage challenging interactions. When clients feel frustration regarding payments and processes, I provide them with transparency and ensure that they are updated concerning their case statuses. I have acquired invaluable de-escalation skills, and expertise in restoring calm to tense situations while reassuring clients by addressing their unique issues. This has helped me to maintain positive relationships and resolve concerns smoothly.

In my spare time, I enjoy baking cookies and cakes as a means of bringing joy to others. I tailor treats to my friends’ and family’s unique tastes. I also have a passion for hot coffee, which is my favorite daily treat. For relaxation, I take afternoon walks and seek out new restaurants, particularly those that serve delicious pasta.
