The most rewarding aspect of my job is knowing that I am involved in the process of facilitating our clientsโ€™ dreams of gaining legal status in the United States. The management team at US-ILC has built a collaborative environment that provides all the resources we need to prepare even the most complex immigration cases and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

I have over 10 years of experience in customer service, including leading a team, resolving inquiries, and building strong client relationships. I have worked in a variety of industries, which has developed my ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of people. No matter what type of industry we are serving, the goal remains the same, which is to help team members achieve their metrics and provide top quality service to our callers or clients.

As a Records Associate in US-ILCโ€™s FOIA/Records Department, I communicate with our clients in English and Spanish to arrange case analyses once we have sought FOIAs on their behalf. My many years of experience in customer service has increased my competence in performing a function I most value, which is supporting businesses in responding to the needs of their customers. I believe that is my most unique contribution to the field.

I understand how to best serve our existing and potential clients at US-ILC, and how to meet them where they are, emotionally. I can liaise with clients who have a range of needs and help provide them with clarity about their immigration history.

During my free time, I enjoy taking beach strolls with my two young children to watch the sun set. This brings us some sense of tranquility. I treasure the time I spend with my children. In addition, one of my personal goals is to visit Ireland. I have always been fascinated with the country, and I dream of experiencing the culture first-hand.
