My aspiration is to create meaningful change and positively impact the lives of others. I find immense fulfillment in being part of a dynamic team that drives real transformation, and I firmly believe that the collective impact of a dedicated team far exceeds the sum of its individual parts. My role is especially rewarding when I can help develop operational solutions to complex challenges and contribute to systems that support both our team and the clients we serve.

My belief in Saman’s capabilities and in the life-changing work being done at U.S. Immigration Law Counsel® (US-ILC) fuels my commitment to our larger mission. In my role within operations and client affairs leadership, I work closely with multiple departments to help strengthen communication, improve internal processes, and support the overall client experience from behind the scenes. I am passionate about building efficient systems, supporting team development, and helping create an environment where our legal team can operate at the highest level possible.

As the only Venezuelan-born child in a Cuban family, I appreciate the unique perspective and cultural understanding that have shaped both my personal and professional life. Outside of work, I value personal growth, wellness and spending quality time with my family
