My association with Saman spans a remarkable 15+ years, during which my admiration for her has grown exponentially. Her prowess in the field of immigration law is unparalleled, and I hold her in the highest regard. We share a parallel mindset, a factor that has made her one of the very few immigration practitioners with whom I’ve consulted over the years concerning case strategies. Witnessing her evolution over the years has only deepened my appreciation for her accomplishments. As two formidable forces, we strike a harmonious balance that enables us to effect revolutionary change in our chosen domain.

My decision to align my career with US Immigration Law Counselยฎ (US-ILC) was heavily influenced by the dynamic and vibrant team that embodies the firm’s ethos. Becoming a part of this collective is a great honor, and I’m invigorated by the prospect of contributing to its ongoing success. In my capacity, I serve as a resource for the Legal Team, providing them with the support necessary to excel in their respective roles. With an extensive career spanning nearly three decades in Immigration and Nationality Law, I previously spearheaded my own Immigration Law Practice for over 20 years. My trajectory also includes an invaluable period of service to the United States Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review, attained through the esteemed Attorney General’s Honors Program in 1999.

South Florida is both my birthplace and upbringing and my familial roots extend to Chile. I am proficient in both English and Spanish, with a working knowledge of Portuguese. My ardor for immigration law was ignited by my family’s own journey, a narrative that remains an indelible force in my commitment to the field. This narrative also drives my involvement within the community, where I dedicate countless hours to pro bono legal services for organizations such as the Hispanic Unity of Florida, Americans for Immigrant Justice, the American Friends Service Committee, and Catholic Legal Services. A stalwart advocate, I have partaken in numerous speaking panels and shared my comprehensive understanding of U.S. Immigration Laws on local evening news broadcasts. Now, as a part of the US-ILC family, I look forward to continuing this impactful journey, advocating for those who seek empowerment and a chance at a brighter future.

Family holds a paramount place in my life, with four wonderful children and a cherished grandpuppy adding immeasurable joy. My commitment to health and fitness is an intrinsic part of my identity, reflecting my belief in holistic well-being.
